Lumbar support

Here is a great new lumbar support belt, that I received free of charge for the exchange of my honest review. This belt supports your lower back, aligns posture and reduces pain. The belt is comfortable for all day usage, including work as well as driving. I have worn the belt for a little over three hours, without any discomfort. I have been able to do my normal daily activities as well as a 20 minute cardio workout. I would like to compare it to just simply wearing a pair of spandex.
