Awesome vibration plate! Perfect for those on the go, that does not have the time or money to invest in a gym or outside exercise. This workout can be performed within the comfort of your home and saves you the headache of the high gas prices. The machine is easy to store and can simply be hidden under your bed. It does not take much space, but it is a little heavy to lift, therefore I would recommend sliding it. It has the capability for you to perform running, jogging and walking. The plate provides muscle circulation improvement and body contouring. The walking feature helps promote balance, upper body strengthening and ab contouring. Once you get into it you will immediately know it, because you will begin feeling a tingling sensation within your legs that is not overbearing, but alerts you that there is definetly something different going on. I really enjoy the remote controlled vibration and intensity of the machine. The noise level on the machine depends on the type of flooring you are setup on. I find it to be more loud on carpet then on concrete, personnally.
