If you have never had honey in this nature, then let me be the first to inform you, that it is nothing like you find in grocery stores. If you have never eaten raw honey from the comb, the best way to experience it will be to break off a small piece and chew on it for a few minutes to extract all the sweetness from the honey. On your first experience, try not to be alarmed if you get a sour taste at first, just give it a moment or two and the sweetness will take over.
