Awesome bottle of sleep aide! As a 2 year long consumer of Ambien (anxiety sleep aide) I am thrilled to finally find something, with far less adverse reactions. My Ambien gave me constant nightmares and had me waking up some mornings as if I hadn't been to sleep at all. I sometimes feel sleep deprived and weak with my medication. Since trying these sleep aides, I can honestly say that they serve its purpose. However, the instructions state to take only one, but I am needing two in order to get the ultimate results. I think this may be happening, because I am no longer taking my Ambien. Regardless of the fact, I think they work well and I would definitely recommend checking them out.
